Description

The ADOS–2 has become the standard instrument for assessing autism spectrum disorders (ASD) across age, developmental level, and language skills. Autism and Educational Diagnostics, along with Caesar Rodney School District, Delaware, are offering a clinical workshop on the administration of the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule Second Edition (ADOS-2). This workshop provides detailed, initial training for people who plan to use the ADOS–2 and Toddler Module in clinical or school settings. The training sessions are appropriate for psychologists, educators, pediatricians, behavior specialists, speech and language pathologist, and related professionals regularly assess children with ASD or developmental disabilities.

By attending this training, through instruction, discussion, live in video demonstrations, the attendees will:

  • Learn how to administer the ADOS–2 diagnostic tools.
  • Learn how to incorporate information gathered through ADOS-2 administration into a comprehensive ASD assessment.
  • Interpret/score results using consensus scoring.
