Prerequisite: Foundations of Instructional Design: Introduction to Instructional Design
In this course learners will gain knowledge about the full cycle of project management, from initial planning and tracking methods to stakeholder communication and collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). The course provides an overview of evaluation methodologies such as Kirkpatrick, Kaufman, and Anderson, and the application of quality review rubrics such as Quality Matters and SUNY OSCQR to ensure quality and effectiveness. This asynchronous online course should take about an hour a day for 4 weeks (15 - 20 hours) to unlock your digital badge.
